The Australian Angel of Water

He can conjure from any nearby body of water.  

His Finger turns BLUE. He has a sixth sense; he can smell if water is close and what direction it's coming from.  He's into surfing and water sports. He speaks like a Surfer and has a whole surfing language while loving yoga on the beach! He's the only Water Elemental in the Angel Army.
