ABOUT Kraliens
Based on this REAL THEORY: In 2018, a team of no less than 33 researchers published a paper suggesting that octopuses may have originated from somewhere other than Earth and arrived on the planet by falling from space.
It’s 2029 and the Climate Clock is out of time. Earth sends a distress call in the form of an Earthquake. Suddenly, Octopuses all over the globe become aggressive. They evacuate their civilian octopuses. They edit their own DNA to shapeshift into human form. They paralyze humans by making their Blue Ring toxin airborne. Humans don’t stand a chance...
KRALIENS is centered around the Lott Family that gets ripped apart following the matriarch of the family, Kaydence, as she fights for her life, and has to partner with the Kralien Queen to save her family and humankind. This is a story about two Females of opposing species, recognizing their differences and overcoming obstacles together. All while unintentionally building a bond so strong, they’d sacrifice their lives for it.
"This script has the potential to be one of the best, most original, most haunting riffs on the alien invasion and animal inversion sci-fi genres since INDEPENDENCE DAY and the original PLANET OF THE APES. The script is replete with stunning imagery, haunting moments, and shocking, cinematic twists..."
